About Abbie

Abbie is currently a 17 year licensed social worker in the state of Michigan. She graduated from Hope College with a degree in Social Work and a minor in psychology. She received her graduate degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work.

Getting Help

Sometimes in life, you never really understand the daily pressures of just living. We all need opportunities to destress and be mindful of our daily encounters which enables us to process our thoughts and emotions. It's okay to need help and it's okay to not be okay.
