Adulthood Therapy

As a person in your late teens and twenties there are so many stressors in this stage of life that can cause confusion and chaos. Early adulthood for so many can be extremely challenging because you have to make so many important decisions about your career, relationships and dating, living situation, independence and future. It is very normal to feel overwhelmed by options and possible life paths.


Working together, we can challenge negative thought patterns, fears or other factors that may be holding you back. We will go through self compassion in practical ways that you can incorporate into your daily life. It is important to learn to be kinder to ourselves in a world that can be very negative and self defeating. Sometimes we lash out into self harming behaviors that need to be corrected ASAP. We will discuss tactics to combat, pulling, cutting, etc. 


We often have already ingrained unhealthy relationship behaviors in our lives. Learning what your poor relationship habits are early on can save you time and energy in the future. Together we will find out more about who you are. This will help show you what you need in life, the type of partner you are, what type of partner you need and how to take next steps in life and relationship.
